Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by On-the-Go Auto, operated by Exayvior Lafountain, and apply to all customers (“Client”) receiving automotive repair or maintenance services. By requesting or accepting services from On-the-Go Auto, you agree to these Terms.

2. Mobile Service Agreement

On-the-Go Auto provides mobile mechanic services at a customer’s designated location. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the service area is safe, accessible, and suitable for vehicle repair. If the area is unsafe or violates local regulations, services may be refused or rescheduled.

3. Estimates & Invoices

All service estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Final costs may vary based on actual labor time, additional issues discovered, or parts required.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the agreed services unless otherwise arranged.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment platforms.
Returned or failed payments will incur a $25 administrative fee.
Unpaid invoices after 10 days may be subject to collection efforts and additional fees.

5. Parts & Labor Warranty

  • Parts supplied by On-the-Go Auto are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

  • Labor performed by On-the-Go Auto is covered by a 7-day workmanship guarantee.

  • If the Client provides their own parts, no warranty applies to those components, and On-the-Go Auto is not responsible for their performance or compatibility.

6. Liability Disclaimer

On-the-Go Auto is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle issues, wear, or damage not related to the services provided.

  • Damages caused by continued use of a vehicle after repairs are recommended but declined.

  • Any loss of income, transportation costs, or inconvenience arising from vehicle downtime.

The Client assumes responsibility for the condition of the worksite and releases On-the-Go Auto from any claims arising from unsafe or unsuitable working conditions.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a $25 late cancellation fee.
If the technician arrives and cannot perform the service due to unsafe conditions, the Client may be charged a mobile service fee.

8. Refund Policy

All refunds are governed by the On-the-Go Auto Refund Policy, available at onthegorepairs.com or upon request.

9. Privacy & Data

Client information collected during scheduling or service is used solely for communication, billing, and service purposes.
On-the-Go Auto does not share or sell customer data to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Agreement

By booking, authorizing, or paying for services, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
