Refund Policy

At On-the-Go Auto, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide honest, professional, and reliable mobile automotive services. Please review our refund and service policy below:

1. Service Guarantee

All services are performed to professional standards using quality tools and materials. If you experience an issue directly related to the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will inspect the vehicle and, if the issue is found to be due to workmanship, we will correct it at no additional charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The service was not performed as described or agreed upon in the service agreement.

  • There was a clear error or oversight in the work performed by On-the-Go Auto.

  • The issue cannot be corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customer-provided parts or materials.

  • Diagnostic or inspection fees (as these cover labor and time).

  • Issues unrelated to the services provided.

  • Services declined or interrupted at the customer’s request.

3. Parts and Materials

Parts provided by On-the-Go Auto are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable. Refunds for parts will follow the manufacturer or supplier’s return policy.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction (cash, card, or digital payment).
